I’ve been having trouble sleeping since my surgery. What can I do to improve my sleep and get adequate rest to support my recovery?

Managing sleep disruptions after surgery involves creating a  occupational therapy for elderly comfortable, quiet sleep environment and establishing a relaxing bedtime routine. Pain management is key, so work with your healthcare provider to ensure proper pain relief. Elevating the head or using supportive pillows can alleviate discomfort. Limiting caffeine and screen time before bed, along with practicing relaxation techniques like deep breathing, can also improve sleep quality during recovery.
