Hi! I'm just starting out in fashion design and I want to create a mockup for a t-shirt or sweater. I have a few ideas but I don't know where to start. What programs or tools are best for creating mockups? Do I need to learn Photoshop or can I get by with something simpler? I don't want to spend a lot of time learning complicated programs but I want the mockup to look professional. Are there any resources where I can find ready-made templates or simple tools for working with images?

One of the most popular ways is to use Photoshop. But if you don’t want to spend a lot of time learning the program, it’s better to use ready-made mockups. For example, here’s a very useful article on how to create a mockup using Photoshop https://whatstrending.com/how-to-design-a-sweatshirt-mockup/. You can follow the step-by-step guide to properly format the image and add a logo to the sweatshirt. I also recommend using sites with ready-made mockups, for example, this site, where you can easily download and edit ready-made templates. This will save you time and effort. Good luck!

Thanks for the information! I also recommend thinking about the conditions in which your sweatshirt will look. This is important to imagine it in real life and attract more attention. For example, show sweatshirts in everyday situations - on a walk, in a cafe, or even in a park. This will make it easier for people to imagine how they will wear your products.
