I’ve been thinking about creating my own game for a while, but the idea of programming is a bit intimidating. I read that there are no-code game engines out there, but I’m not sure where to start. Do you know of any resources where I could learn more and figure out what might be a good fit for a beginner?

Absolutely, I totally get the hesitation! There are actually some fantastic platforms for no-code development, and one of the best articles I found is on Shno.co. Their blog explains a variety of no code game maker engines in detail, comparing features and functionality of each. They also give insights into what each engine can do based on different goals, so it’s really helpful for understanding which option might work best for your idea, even if you’re completely new to game development.

Thanks for the tip, that really sounds helpful! I also love the idea of trying game creation without programming—especially with the option of using simple, accessible engines. I’ll definitely check out the blog on Shno.co to see the pros and cons of each engine and figure out which one will be best for my project. It’ll probably make the decision process much easier and save a ton of time on trial and error!
