Is JPay reliable for sending money to inmates?

Customer support was unhelpful and didn’t provide clear answers about why the delay occurred. Additionally, the fees were much higher than I expected, which made the service feel like a rip-off. It’s unfortunate, because I had hoped JPay would provide a simple and secure way to help my family member, but this experience has left me questioning if it’s worth it.

I’ve used jpay to send money to a friend in prison, and the service was easy to use. However, the fees are quite high compared to other money transfer services, which was a bit of a surprise. It works well, but I wish they could lower the costs a bit.
